Royalty Pay Plan

The TNI Royalty Pay Plan has been carefully designed to exclude the negative features commonly found among compensation plans in the industry. Great care has been taken to make this plan not only fair but powerful. Because of all its features, it is necessarily somewhat complex. Take your time as you study the plan. Don't become alarmed if you don't grasp everything at once. The plan works—and you will receive your royalties and bonuses—whether you fully understand it or not.

This plan has eight different programs from which you can make money. There are certain criteria or qualifications that determine how you qualify for income from each of these eight programs. Before you explore the features of each program, you should review the information you need to know first. Without an understanding of these preliminary concepts, you may have difficulty fully grasping how each of the eight programs works.

You should be aware that this site does not cover every policy and rule concerning the plan. You should refer to the IPC Policy Manual for complete details. Also, some parts of the plan may not apply in certain emerging markets.


Need to Know First = Basic concepts that you should review in order to fully understand how the eight profit programs work. After you understand the basic concepts, then review the eight programs—

  • Retail Profit = Making money by adding a retail markup to the wholesale price of your product.

  • Personal Rebate = How to qualify to get a 20% rebate on product you buy.

  • Fast Start Bonus = The weekly bonus that generates quick cash flow for new distributors.

  • Unilevel Royalties = The eight-level commission program for generating large residual income.

  • Top Performer Bonus = A lucrative bonus pool for those whose organizations are growing rapidly.

  • Infinity Bonus = A lucrative bonus pool for those with mature organizations.

  • Black Pearl Bonus = An extremely lucrative bonus pool for distributors with large organizations and for their supporting distributors.

  • Dynamic Compression = A powerful and exclusive program to eliminate "breakage" and increase commission flows to upline leaders.
