Infinity Bonus

Currently, our company is selling the perfect product at a rate of over $41 million per month. This monthly figure represents the wholesale volume worldwide upon which royalties are calculated.

Every month three percent (3%) of this total global sales volume is set aside in a special account called the Infinity Bonus pool. This large pool of money is divided each month among those who meet the requirements to be Infinity Bonus qualifiers. The current month's Infinity Bonus pool contains about $1,200,000.) The Infinity Bonus is designed to reward those leaders who have distinguished themselves by working to reach top leadership titles. This can be an extremely lucrative bonus, exceeding $20,000 a month for top leaders.

There are two requirements to be eligible to receive a share of the Infinity Bonus pool—

  1. Participate in the Case Autoship (CAS) program.

  2. Hold the leadership title of Diamond Pearl Elite, Double Diamond Pearl, or Triple Diamond Pearl. (See Leader Qualifications for a full explanation of these titles.)

Dividing the Pool of Money

The Infinity Bonus is paid each month. When you qualify, your share of the pool is determined by the number of IPCs within your first 20 rows who are on Case Autoship (CAS20) in proportion to the respective CAS20 of all other Infinity Bonus qualifiers. The individual CAS20 of all qualifiers is added together. That total is them divided into the individual CAS20 of each qualifier. This gives a prorated percentage for each qualifier. That percentage is then used to determine your share of the money—that is, you get that percent of the bonus pool.

In determining CAS20, only one case is counted for each IPC who is on CAS. So if an IPC buys multiple cases during the month, only the first case will be counted for this calculation.

A qualifier who has a larger CAS20 will receive a proportionately larger share of the pool. For example, suppose that there were four qualifiers for the Infinity Bonus. (In reality, there are many qualifiers—not just a handful.) Let's say that there are two Diamond Pearl Elites (or Infinity Diamond Pearls - IDP) who each have $200,000 CAS20, one Double Diamond Pearl (DDP) who has $300,000 CAS20, and one Triple Diamond Pearl who has $250,000 CAS20.

Before you can add these volumes together and get a total to use in calculating the prorata share for each qualifier, you must an adjustment. A Diamond Pearl Elite and a Double Diamond Pearl are allowed to count only a portion of their total volume for calculation purposes. An IDP is allowed to count 25% of their CAS20;  a DDP is allowed to count 50% of CAS20; and a TDP is allowed to count 100%. This means each qualifier's volume will be adjusted as follows—

Next, these adjusted volumes are each divided by the total to give each qualifier a percentage—
