Top Performer Bonus

Currently, our company is selling the perfect product at a rate of over $41 million per month. This monthly figure represents the wholesale volume worldwide upon which royalties are calculated. Every month two percent (2%) of this global sales volume is set aside in a special account called the Top Performer Bonus pool. This large pool of money is divided each month among those who qualify as "top performers." (The current month's Top Performer Bonus pool is approximately $800,000.)

The Top Performer Bonus is especially designed for newer IPCs. There are three requirements to be eligible to receive a share of the Top Performer Bonus pool—

  1. Participate in the Case Autoship (CAS) program.

  2. Hold the leadership title of Jade or higher.

  3. Increase your group sales volume on six rows (GV6) by 35% over the previous month's volume OR qualify as a Jade during your first month as a new IPC.

Dividing the Pool of Money

The Top Performer Bonus is paid each month. When you qualify, your share of the pool is determined by the number of IPCs in your first six rows who are on Case Autoship (CAS6) in proportion to the respective CAS6 of all other Top Performer qualifiers. The CAS6 of all qualifiers is added together. That number is then divided into the individual number for of each qualifier. This gives a prorata percentage for each qualifier. That percentage is them used to determine your share of the money—you get that percent of the bonus pool.

This means that a qualifier who has a larger CAS6 will receive a proportionately larger share of the pool. This is only fair, since the larger your group becomes, the greater the challenge to achieve a 35% increase from one month to the next.

Here is a very simplified example of how shares are calculated. Suppose that there were four qualifiers for the Top Performer Bonus. (This is just an example—in reality, there are many qualifiers!) Let's say that A has $5,000 CAS6, B has $5,000 CAS6, C has $15,000 CAS6, and D has $25,000 CAS6. When you add these group volumes together, you get a total of $50,000. (These figures represent the amount of sales volume coming from individual distributors who are on CAS, allowing only one case per distributor; that is, multiple cases by the same person don't count for this calculation.)

A

$5,000

B

$5,000

C

$15,000

D

$25,000

Total

$50,000

By dividing the $50,000 into each qualifiers CAS6, you get a percentage. For example, $5,000 divided by 50,000 equals 10%. $15,000 divided by 50,000 equals 30%. And $25,000 divided by 50,000 equals 50%.

C

D

These percentages then become the share that each qualifier receives of the total bonus pool.

You can qualify for the Top Performer Bonus again and again, as many times as you are able to increase your group volume (GV6) by 35% beyond your previous month's volume.
